What's the retaliatory means of discouraging Murdering your wife, husband, neighbor, a gang member.  And the guy that supposedly  just randomly stabbed to death a woman walking a dog, in Washington, D.C., because she just happen to be at the wrong place, at the wrong time.

 I find that hard to believe.  Good Refugees just don't do things like that, OR DO THEY ?

 If the conspiracy theorists said We have reason to believe it was a Conspiracy Murder gone wrong (Wrong White Woman), that would be easier to swallow,
