We put Bible verses on the weapons because we know the Islamic Muslim extremist, terrorist, and insurgents will never use the weapons with the Bible inscriptions on them. It's forbidden for them to use those weapons.
I do not mean any disrespect to the manufacturers of the weapons with the inscriptions on them, or the weapons. But it is somewhat naïve to think that a Muslim extremist will not use a "Crusader Rifle" in his hands against his American Enemies.
Worse case scenario would be a American Soldier captured with a weapon with a Bible Inscription on it.
