On beneficial sleep, I know that aprox. 3 hours sleep time is not enough sleep time.
Depending on how tired you are at that time.
So let's say Sleep starts at 8pm-8:30 to 11:30pm or so. After Midnight Watch, you can get more sleep if needed.
Concerning sleep, This is only advice to you, if you can handle going with less sleep then you usually are used to.
Careful, with your Medication Pills, etc. as they say with their disclaimer, check with your Doctor about it.

Between Sundown and Midnight is the Second Watch, plus the "FREE TIME" on both sides of the Second Watch. That gives me about 3 hours to sleep, and I can catch a nap here or there, if I need it.
The LORD Does Not WARN against being asleep during the Second Watch. That's why I sleep/ nap during the Second Watch of the night. Keep that Alarm Clock close by.

Remember the 10 Virgins parable:
Matthew 25:6 And at Midnight a "Cry (alarm) was heard."_____.
This is the same "Warning Chapter" where Jesus says to the foolish virgins, Truly, I say on to you, "I know You not."
Ten Virgins parable is about having knowledge of Jesus's Holy Scriptures to be comparable to Spiritual Oil to light up your Lamp to lighten your path way. NO Oil is not knowing the Holy Scriptures of Jesus Christ, because you are not a Believer. Even if YOU consider yourself to be a "Christian" but having little, if any interest in studying the "WORD". Therefore Jesus Christ referring you to be a foolish person who turned down the lighted path way, preferring not knowing what's lurking in the dark.
John 6:63 It is the spirit that quickens (gives life); the flesh profits nothing: the words that I speak unto you, [they] are spirit, and [they] are life.
Mark 13:31 Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.
Note: Heaven and Earth shall pass away but the Lord Jesus Christ's "WORDS" shall not pass away and shall be preached to the New Heaven and New Earth.

Jesus is actually saying the printed words and audio spoken words of the Gospels, the letters of the Apostle Paul and the other Apostles are Spiritual and have Life in them, when his Words are activated by the Reader to him/herself, or spoken to the Hearers of an audience.
Be careful with your commentaries, Commentaries can take away from the Lords "True Word" message.
Scriptures should always backup a commentary. And Scripture should not be taken out of context. And if so, with a truthful explanation.
